The locker opens directly from from any smartphone (no apps to install or barcodes to present). There are two ways for the pickup person to open the locker depending on wether their phone number is available or not:
A) Phone number is available

A secure one-time link is sent via text message (SMS) that allows opening the locker with just one click.
B) Phone number is not available

1. Scan the QR code or visit OpenBoxie.com
2. Verify that the user is the owner of the order by answering a simple question about the order (such us the first letter of the last name, the last digits of the order, etc.).
Regardless of the method, the person can always scan the QR code and retrieve the order.
Click on the "Open Locker" button to unlock in less than 1 second.
For added protection, the locker will not unlock after a few failed attempts.
